SQUARE ONE BASKETBALL  

...is an extremely competitive basketball program with a strong reputation for developing some of the most fundamentally sound and competitive players in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Of particular note, the following 12 players from the High School Classes of 2010 and 2011 coached by Founder and Head Coach Tim Mulcahy have gone on to play collegiately, including:

SQUARE ONE was founded by Coach Tim Mulcahy


Mulcahy is an NCAA-certified coach who played high school basketball at Gonzaga and JV Basketball at the University of Virginia. He also
coached varsity boys' basketball from 1991-1999; and freshmen boys' basketball from 2008-2009.

Since 2004, Coach Mulcahy has coached boys' and girls' youth basketball at all levels (8U-17U). Over his coaching career, he has had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of youth, dozens of whom are currently playing high school basketball in the greater MD/DC/VA area, and 12 players from the Classes of 2010 and 2011 who went on to play in college.
